This syrupy and sweet espresso blend has been the staple in our cafes since the very beginning. It is a product of intensive lot selection and close, direct work with the farmers who produce its components. Its delightful sweetness makes this a classic espresso. Full-bodied and well-rounded, this blend produces consistently sweet and chocolatey espressos with hints of citric fruit.
In order to maintain a particular flavour profile, you have to monitor the flavours of the component coffees and roasts in the blend. We do that with singular focus, identifying the flavours that make our Signature Blend delicious. Finding freshly harvested coffees that have those flavours, and bringing them together in an intentional way makes this blend our signature.
