Signature Dark

Dark Chocolate. Roasted Nuts. Caramel.

Our signature dark roast celebrates caramelised sugars, molasses and chocolate notes. We roast the coffee in a way that highlights these traits and creates a satisfying, resonant finish. Comprised of coffees from Brazil and other seasonal South American additions, this coffee is our tribute to the classic Italian espresso. In order to maintain a particular flavour profile, you have to monitor the tastes of the component coffees and roasts in the blend. We do that with singular focus, identifying the flavours that make our Signature Dark roast delicious, finding freshly harvested coffees that have those flavours, and bringing them together in a in an intentional way.
